All training sessions and games will take place in the Rotterdam Topsportcentrum. This sportcenter opened their doors in 2000 and has 4 indoor halls. The biggest one on the ground floor will be used for the European Championship 2019 wheelchair basketball women. It is situated next to football stadium ‘De Kuip’ of the Dutch premier league club Feyenoord and has a parking lot for over 200 cars and easy accessible by public transport as well.  The hall has a capacity for 2.400 spectators and will be used for training sessions and games (from preliminary until finals).

The venue hosts the LOC office, wheelchair storage, volunteer room, IWBF office and press center , VIP area and fan bar during this event.
